Bike 3D Configurator is an app that will let you design and customize bikes with all kinds of components. The app has a catalog with all kinds of bike parts and accessories. You can view and select parts by categories or search for them by name.
You can select and add any part you like, and you can even choose from different colors. After that, you can go to the next step and paint the components. For that, you need a color palette, so you can choose from the ones provided or make your own. The color palette has a variety of different colors, and you can add as many as you want.
